Megg Withinton is the Managing Partner of Intellective Group and the Chief Research Advisor for the Incentive Research Foundation. Megg is a statistician and a strategist, whose expertise is the development of data-driven insights that drive business performance. She has spent her career helping clients inform strategy through a deeper understanding of marketplace realities. Prior to founding Intellective Group in 2012, Megg was the Vice President of Market Intelligence at Maritz. Today Megg continues to support the incentives, meetings, and events industries through research and analytics work with providers as well as industry organizations such as the IRF, IMA, IGCC, IMRA, and the Incentive Federation.
Megg has a Master’s degree in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Missouri.
