“I am excited and humbled by our members' decision to extend my presidency for another year. I wish I could say that the challenges of last year were completely gone. While we are still learning to live in a COVID-19 world – a bright spot was our ability to get together during the IMA Summit this year. IGCC continues to emphasize the importance of connecting our members through weekly communications, education and networking. We continue to seek out new and innovative ways to bring our members together. Advocating for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within the gift card industry, in collaboration with The Retail Gift Card Association, remains a key initiative. It is my mission to provide our members with resources for personal and professional managing and supporting successful gift card programs. I can’t wait to get to work with our new board creating strategy and tactics that bring value to our members,” Johnson said.
