Matt Kerper is New IGCC Board President
New officers and directors announced for 2024-2025.
MINNEAPOLIS – Sept.18, 2024 – The Incentive Gift Card Coalition (IGCC), a Strategic Industry Group within the Incentive Marketing Association (IMA), recently elected Matt Kerper, chief growth officer, Mica, as board president.
Kerper has held various roles involving strategy, corporate/business development and executive management at public and private companies in the payments and incentive industry for over 25 years. For the past four years, he has been an active volunteer on the IGCC Board of Directors and Executive Committee, leveraging a multi-faceted background that spans third-party distribution/aggregation, merchant-centric initiatives, production/fulfillment, as well as technology and innovation. One of Kerper’s goals for the upcoming IGCC board year is boosting participation and volunteer engagement, acknowledging that diverse perspectives are crucial for moving the gift card incentive sector forward.
"I have been humbled and honored to participate alongside the IGCC Board and members in delivering on driving awareness of the benefits of gift cards in incentives. Through collaboration with our 85+ member companies and 155+ individual members, my goal is to champion initiatives that maximize value and elevate the role of gift cards in incentives and rewards,” Kerper said.
The IGCC elected Anne Jetter, SB Collectiv (Stoner Bunting), executive vice president; Steve Bradbery, Savvy, treasurer/secretary; and Hollis Thornton, CPIM, Totus Gift Card Management, LLC serves as past president.
Newly elected board directors are Jen Brumley, Fiserv; Tracey Klein, eGifter; and Marchelle Sellers, Charity on Top. Returning board members are: Peter Friend, Global Hotel Card By Expedia; Erin Hudale, Blackhawk Network; Steve Kane, Stored Value Solutions, SVS; Cameron Krost, Top Golf; Gabriel Resendez, Darden Restaurants, Inc.; Armineh Sarkissian, Dine Brands Global/Applebee’s; and Cindy Willis, IP, Maritz.
