CarltonOne Engagement Expands Senior Leadership Team

TORONTO, Ontario March 12, 2018CarltonOne Engagement, a rapidly-growing global technology company specializing in the development of SaaS-based solutions for global employee engagement, channel sales incentives and reward management, today announced that they have added four senior leadership positions to aid in CarltonOne’s continued growth.

CarltonOne welcomes John Hayes, Michael Dell, Max Staines, and Oscar Nieves who collectively bring decades of experience to help manage CarltonOne’s continued growth plans.

In 2018, CarltonOne Engagement achieved some major milestones that warranted hiring some very experienced personnel to lead our finance and reward management operations. After an extensive search, CarltonOne found two exceptional candidates to fill these roles. 

John Hayes – CFO

Having worked over 30 years in finance, technology development, and operations, John Hayes knows what it takes to lead the successful growth of a company. He has acquired and sold multiple companies and has even taken two companies public as CFO. John will bring in years of success and will help usher in new accolades for CarltonOne. 

As CFO, John is tasked with leading CarltonOne’s financial reporting, acquisitions, and the sourcing of debt and equity financings. Having successfully done so in the past many times, he will be overseeing accounting and finance for CarltonOne to improve processes and aid in the upcoming growth plans set forth.

Michael Dell – Senior Director, Global Operations

Michael Dell is a Senior customer operations leader with 20+ years of experience driving transformation and continuous improvement in customer experience focused enterprises. Michael’s strong commercial acumen, a deep understanding of process health, and an unwavering focus on employee engagement to consistently deliver best in class customer experiences, will help CarltonOne implement winning strategies across the management and implementation of operational strategies. 

As the Director of GRS Global Operations, Michael will be responsible for implementing first-class operational procedures that can scale globally and will be acting as leadership to a large and growing international customer support team. His knowledge of employee engagement and his experience driving transformation will help Michael excel in the role and propel CarltonOne further. 

CarltonOne’s rapid expansion provided exponential growth to a level where new roles in sales needed to be filled. These roles have been filled, and CarltonOne is excited to announce the onboarding of two very prominent figures in the tech industry. 

Max Staines – EVP, Global Sales

Max Staines is an accomplished executive, strategist, and tactician with over 25 years of diverse experience as a senior leader in SaaS and management consulting firms. An executive known for growing technology firms by setting and executing winning go-to-market strategies, Max is poised to drive a successful expansion of the CarltonOne business.  

Now EVP of Global Sales for CarltonOne Engagement, Max will lead the global sales team in the execution of sales strategy while optimizing bottom line results. As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, Max joins CarltonOne to accelerate what is already exceptional global growth.

Oscar Nieves – Director, Sales - Cloud Rewards 

Oscar Nieves brings almost 20 years of sales executive and international and solution-based selling to CarltonOne. Having worked for Apple for most of his career, Oscar is well known in the industry thanks to his drive and success. Oscar has many accolades under Apple and was responsible for many of its international successes. For 9 years Oscar ran the consumer incentive and loyalty programs in Brazil and Mexico and was in charge of the entire loyalty and incentive space for the last two years. Running many global and national campaigns for Apple, Oscar made a name for himself while gaining valuable experience that he will carry over to CarltonOne. 

As Sales Director for Cloud Rewards, Oscar will be in charge of maintaining CarltonOne’s Global Apple Partnership along with other international cloud partnerships. His previous experience makes him the perfect candidate to be a liaison between CarltonOne’s international partners.
